Our team is responsible for the assembly of high‑quality and innovative products. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for: /p ul liProviding Manufacturing Engineer activities at Nuovo Pignone Vibo developing and supporting Shop Routings of Air Cooler fabrication Packing Line of Baseplate and Lubo Oil Consol, Tools Capability analysis, Instruction Sheets, Equipment Improvement and Shop Fixture design. /li liActing with Lean Six Sigma approach, evaluating MFG Process and supporting the team for strategic projects to improve process capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity. /li liConnecting with Quality, Planner and Suppliers to manage and collect First Piece and Special Process Qualification. /li liWorking with Mfg Engineers in other BH sites to leverage existing manufacturing process technology and spread the use of innovations and best practices developed around the world. /li liCollaborating with Design Engineering to deliver Process Development, Manufacturing Analysis and FMEA Risk Assessment. /li liCollaborating with assembly related functions helping development and industrialization of NPI Product/projects. /li /ul h3Follow your passion /h3 pTo be successful in your role you will have: /p ul liBachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Engineering. /li liAvailability to work on‑site (Nuovo Pignone Vibo (VV), Calabria, Italy (IT)). /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in cross‑functional teams. /li liFluency in both English and Italian is mandatory. /li liEU Work Permit. /li liAbility to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions. /li liStrong team building skills. /li liAbility to work in a matrix organization. /li liAbility to create a real and positive change in team environment. /li /ul h3Working with us /h3 pOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
