Sales Manager - Crane
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Our product portfolio includes excavators, wheel loaders, aerial work platforms, tractors, and other machinery for construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. Promote and sell cranes and lifting equipment to construction companies, rental companies, distributors, and dealers across Italy.
Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and propose effective sales strategies.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales agreements.
Coordinate with after-sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning, and customer support.
Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and expand the network.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide market feedback to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment.

~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
~ Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
