Increase and maintain activity within the HNWI client book by building long-term, trust-based relationships and delivering Bespoke services. /p h3Job Title /h3 pPremium Client Manager /p h3Job Description /h3 h3What You’ll Do /h3 pThe ideal candidate will be a results‑driven relationship manager who can balance high‑touch client service with aggressive revenue targets. You must be comfortable with face‑to‑face selling, event hosting, and building lasting client communities while maintaining strict compliance with execution‑only trading regulations. Strong commercial acumen and solid financial services background are fundamental to excel in this position. The ideal candidate will have an established network of clients that they can bring to the role. /p h3Key Performance Indicators Targets /h3 ul liActive client portfolio: 150 premium clients /li liQuarterly face‑to‑face meetings: Minimum 45 in‑person client meetings (require travel) /li liWeekly client outreach /li liClient retention rate /li liNew client revenue: £200,000 minimum annual revenue from newly acquired clients /li liPortfolio growth: year‑on‑year revenue increase from existing portfolio /li liClient lifetime value: Maximize through strategic upselling and cross‑selling /li liAnnual events: 12 hosted client events (webinars, hospitality, educational sessions) /li liCommunity building: Create and maintain active client community engagement /li /ul h3What you’ll need for this role /h3 ul liEssential Requirements: ul liMinimum 3 years in premium client management within financial services with leveraged trading products expertise (CFDs, forex, derivatives) /li liProven track record managing high‑net‑worth client relationships /li liQuantifiable results in revenue generation and client retention /li liOptional: Ability to bring existing client network /li /ul /li liQualifications: ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field /li liMultilingual fluency: local language + English mandatory /li liLocal financial market knowledge essential /li /ul /li liCore Competencies: ul liRevenue‑focused mindset with proven ability to meet/exceed targets /li liExceptional communication skills for complex financial product explanation /li liRelationship building expertise with high‑value clients /li liEvent management experience for client engagement programs /li liSelf‑motivated with strong ability to work under pressure and challenging KPIs /li liAlignment with IG Europe culture: Clarity, Pace, Ownership /li /ul /li /ul h3How We Work /h3 pWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
