Aufgaben
* Professional maintenance and care of the 18-hole golf course
* Mowing, verticutting, aerifying, top dressing, and fertilizing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
* Monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining irrigation systems
* Bunker maintenance and detailed course presentation
* Operation, maintenance, and care of modern greenkeeping machinery
* Supporting course improvement and landscaping projects
* Ensuring consistently high quality standards and optimal playing conditions
* Professionelle Pflege und Instandhaltung des 18-Loch-Golfplatzes
* Mähen, Vertikutieren, Aerifizieren, Topdressing und Düngen von Grüns, Abschlägen, Fairways und Roughs
* Überwachung, Einstellung und Wartung der Bewässerungssysteme
* Bunkerpflege und detaillierte Platzpräsentation
* Bedienung, Wartung und Pflege moderner Greenkeeping-Maschinen
* Unterstützung bei Platzverbesserungs- und Landschaftsgestaltungsprojekten
* Sicherstellung konstant hoher Qualitätsstandards und optimaler Spielbedingungen
Qualifikation
* Solid Foundation:
You have completed vocational training as a greenkeeper, gardener in landscaping, or possess a comparable qualification.
* Professional Experience:
Ideally, you have several years of experience in golf course maintenance, preferably within a resort or international environment.
* Technical Skills:
You have sound knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and handling maintenance machinery.
* Hands-on Mentality:
You are reliable, resilient, flexible, and enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Language Skills:
Basic knowledge of English or Italian is beneficial; German skills are mandatory.
* Team Player:
You are motivated, proactive, and enjoy working in an international team.
* Special Note:
We prefer to find a strong team – applications from couples are explicitly welcome and encouraged.
* Fundierte Basis:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Greenkeeper, Landschaftsgärtner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
* Erfahrung:
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Golfplatzpflege, idealerweise in einer Resortanlage oder im internationalen Umfeld.
* Fachkompetenz:
Kenntnisse im Bereich Rasenmanagement, Bewässerungssysteme und Maschinenführung.
* Einsatzbereitschaft:
Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Freien bei unterschiedlichen Wetterbedingungen.
* Sprachkenntnisse:
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil, Deutschkenntnisse sind verpflichtend.
* Teamfähigkeit:
Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Team.
* Besonderheit:
