Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Non-conformity Cell Team LeaderPURPOSE OF THE JOBMonitor the process of non-conformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.Manage and animate the NCR cell teamMAIN RESPONSABILITIESTasksManage the Non-conformity Cell Team and take over the escalated topicsAdapt capacity vs chargeManage the budgeDevelop the standards processes and tools for the NCR cellAnimate the performance and define adequate KPI'sInsure the good performance of the following : Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimumPerform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap)Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead timesEnsure lead times are respected for repair ordersManage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment teamPrioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing partEnsure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies
