We believe in roles, not titles.Lean thinking – If it's not useful to the customer, we don't build it.How we workTrust & initiative: We trust you to take ownership, make decisions, and learn fast.Work-life balance: What matters is what you deliver, not when you clock in.Flexible remote work: Office in Bresso when you want people time, remote when you need focus.PositionThe RoleWe're looking for a technically experienced and commercially curious professional who's ready to move beyond pure implementation and start shaping real business outcomes.This role is designed for someone with a background in Engineering, Product, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting who wants to stay close to technology - while taking ownership of how it creates measurable value in the market.This is not traditional "sales."You'll operate at the intersection of technology and business - turning complex capabilities into clear, outcome-driven solutions that solve real operational challenges.You'll work directly with our CEO, contribute to strategic decisions, and see the immediate impact of your work on company growth. No corporate layers. No bureaucracy. Just meaningful ownership and visibility.What you'll be responsible for

Lead end-to-end solution engagements - from identifying opportunities to structuring, presenting, and closing partnershipsDeeply understand clients' technical and operational challenges, and translate them into scalable product and solution strategiesAct as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, building long‐term partnerships rather than transactional dealsBring market feedback directly into product thinking, helping shape roadmap priorities based on real-world demandMaintain a structured, data-driven overview of opportunities and revenue forecasts (no guesswork - clarity and ownership)Contribute directly to revenue growth and play a key role in scaling the company.

RequirementsWhat you bring

A strong technical foundation - whether through a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or hands‐on experience in a technical, customer‐facing roleGenuine curiosity about how technology translates into business impact, and the motivation to contribute beyond pure executionThe ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently - across both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a structured, focused wayProfessional fluency in Italian and a solid command of English, both written and spokenA collaborative mindset and the drive to win as a team, not as an individual contributor operating in isolation
