Profili Estero is Profili's division exclusively dedicated to the search and selection of professionals with an international scope.

Our client is an innovative scale-up with a recently launched European business model. They have developed a B2B marketplace for the sale of used vehicles, specifically buses. Their mission is to digitize the sales and purchase processes of these vehicles through a portal that provides easy and quick access to online auctions. The team, currently comprised of 45 professionals, is constantly expanding and fosters a corporate culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and the development of individual talent. The company has tasked us with selecting a:

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - EAST EUROPE

MARKETPLACE B2B

The role:

* Handle the commercial management of inbound leads, responding to incoming requests, qualifying prospects, guiding them through their decision-making journey and converting them into active clients
* Manage outbound sales activities, reaching out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social selling to present the company, explain how the platform works, and generate new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
* Update and manage the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), monitoring the status of negotiations and optimizing workflow
* Contribute to the definition of engagement strategies, improving conversion rates and the effectiveness of commercial activities
* Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve processes and overall effectiveness

The professional offer:

* Indicative gross annual salary between € 35.000 and € 45.000

Required knowledge and skills:

* At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Development Representative or Customer Success Representative roles
* Professional English proficiency (familiarity with Italian is a plus); fluency in at least one of the following languages: Romanian, Albanian, Serbian, Croatian or Bulgarian
* Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Sales Automation tools
* Presence in Italy is required for professional training and for commercial update meetings with the rest of the team
* Experience in lead qualification and customer engagement activities within a B2B commercial layout
* Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies, cold calling techniques, and negotiation
* Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving and objection-handling
* Strong goal orientation and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
