We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for this company.
The Role
The position reports to the HR Director Italy and manages a team of two HRBPs. The Senior HRBP serves as the point of contact for Directors, Managers, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues, facilitating people lifecycle management and delivering effective HR operations.
She/he will develop and implement HR processes, plans, and solutions aligned with company needs, acting as the departmental HR expert, advising and supporting staff and managers. The role involves working closely with internal client groups to improve work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and enhance retention.
Responsibilities
* Respond to employee and manager inquiries, manage grievance matters, investigate serious issues, and liaise with employee representative bodies (unions).
* Manage labor relations and complex cases, integrating legislative changes into HR policies.
* Support business transformation and organizational development initiatives.
* Oversee Health & Safety matters in collaboration with designated roles.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development activities, ensuring timely and quality hires.
* Manage performance reviews, salary adjustments, and succession planning in partnership with management.
* Provide policy guidance, interpret HR policies, and recommend necessary changes.
* Ensure efficient HR administration processes.
* Utilize reports and dashboards to analyze HR and business performance metrics, developing solutions based on trends.
* Lead and mentor junior HRBPs, collaborating on complex HR projects and change initiatives, monitoring progress via milestones and KPIs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
The Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of HR Business Partner or related experience in multinational organizations, with at least 5 years in people management.
* Proficiency in employment and labor laws.
* Experience in warehouse contexts is preferred.
* Experience working across diverse cultures and employment practices.
* Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field; a Master in HR is a plus.
* Proficiency in Office Suite.
