For our Italian market, we are looking for a strong Operations Manager (m / f / d) in the Northern part of Italy who will manage our local clinics independently.
About the region and clinics
The clinics you will be responsible for are located in x,x,. With acquisitions.
In this role, you will
* Clinic operations: Be responsible for our local clinics and support them in their day-to-day business. You are the first point of contact to our clinic managers and shareholding doctors. Your hands-on approach allows you to act as clinic manager in smaller clinics.
* Process Optimization: Implement local processes (operations, sales, and marketing) with the local team in the clinics. You will ensure excellent quality of care through continuous process optimization and quality management measures.
* Strategies for Growth: Create strategies to achieve our growth targets in collaboration with senior physicians and our country management. You will prepare regular and comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, continue budget planning, and document progress and challenges at the site. You will develop online and offline (patient) marketing initiatives with our marketing team.
* People management: Support staff management and help in building up a team together with the country management. That includes contract management as well as personnel decisions.
You will be successful if you have
* Have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on healthcare economics or comparable.
* Extensive professional experience in operational management, budgeting, and project or change management. Ideally within clinics or healthcare facilities related to ophthalmology.
* Relevant knowledge of the Italian healthcare framework, including standards and legislation.
* High motivation and initiative, flexibility to work in different locations, team-oriented approach with implementation strength, diplomacy, and negotiating skills with external contacts.
* Fluent in Italian and conversational in English (level B2).
* A Curriculum Vitae in English for screening reasons.
