Experteer Overview
In this role you drive productivity and standardize work organization across Electrolux manufacturing sites in EMEA and APAC. You lead a team, partner with plant leadership, and apply Lean and MTM to design efficient, scalable production layouts. You will push continuous improvement, uphold EH&S standards, and work with unions to implement new operating models. * Lead productivity improvements across multiple plants, optimize line balance, and monitor labor efficiency with corrective actions
* Define and standardize work processes and SOPs, standard work charts, and job breakdown sheets
* Design and improve workstations and layouts with ergonomic and Lean principles
* Drive the Work Organization pillar within World Class Manufacturing (WCM) including audits
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and cost efficiency
* Collaborate with plant teams and stakeholders (including Trade Unions) on layouts and organization models
* Define and support annual productivity planning and budgeting
* Ensure EH&S, labor regulations, and internal guidelines are followed
* Develop organizational capabilities by training on standard work procedures and updated methodologies
Responsabilità
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering
* 10–15 years in industrial engineering, work organization, or manufacturing excellence in high-volume settings
* Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Time & Methods analysis with practical production experience
* MTM certification
* ERP experience (SAP) and data-driven decision support tools
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix, international organization
* Effective communication with diverse stakeholders including unions
* Fluency in English; willingness to travel regularly (approx. one week per month)
