The role partners with hotel teams to maximize profit for shareholders and owners, and executes EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects to deliver an industry-leading, efficient finance organization. /ppbWhat will I be doing? /b /ppThe Assistant Director of Finance will support all activities performed by the Director of Finance, including understanding and driving financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing activities, and reviewing monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, the Uniform System of Accounts, and Hilton policies. The role ensures smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks. It will business partner with hotel finance teams and Hotel Management, supporting the Director of Finance in developing excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. In the absence of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director will assume departmental responsibilities.
