IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Alpinestars is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems in accordance with organizational requirements. Position This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing infrastructure to meet its technological needs. Key Responsibilities : Manage the helpdesk and resolve employees’ daily computer issues. Align user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies. Identify problematic areas and assist in implementing solutions, including bug fixes. Audit systems and evaluate their outcomes. Preserve assets, ensure information security, and maintain control structures. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Manage and coordinate IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and hardware/software. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Qualifications and Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of IT professional experience. Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Understanding of network architecture and client/server technology. Ability to work as a team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
