This Position reports to: HR Operations Team Lead Your Role and Responsibilities You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) / country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. - Work Model: LI-Hybrid_ In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s). - Supporting employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool). - Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. - Performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. - Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. - Providing on-demand reports related to the process, where required. - Supporting the team on ad hoc activities. Qualifications for the Role - Bachelor's degree. Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function. - Microsoft Office and SAP (preferable) skills. - Fluent business English. - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. - Analytical skills and good attention to details. - A customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
