The offering is for a fully remote part-time position. /ppbAbout the job /b /ppWe are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and coordinate our digital marketing initiatives, aiming to expand our online presence and reach new customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our internal team and our digital agency to implement and optimize targeted strategies. /ppIdeal candidates will have a proven aptitude for interpreting data, strong research abilities, and an eye for intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web pages and interfaces. /pulliBachelor / Master student in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Languages, Business or a related field /liliProfessional proficiency in English /liliProfessional proficiency in Italian /liliAttention to detail, a sense of aesthetic imagery and work on-brand /liliGood writing skills are a plus (particularly in copywriting, blog writing and social media) /liliDeep social media knowledge (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.) /li /ulpbPreferred qualifications /b /pulliA min of 5y of digital marketing experience, preferably in similar contexts. /liliProven expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. /liliBackground in offline marketing (events, print media, grassroots strategies) /li /ulpbLocal Market Knowledge /b /pulliUnderstanding of the Padova region’s culture, consumer behavior, and business landscape. /liliAbility to create tailored marketing strategies for local audiences /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliStrong knowledge of SEO and website optimization techniques. /liliProficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for campaign tracking. /liliExperience in integrating offline and digital campaigns for cohesive multichannel strategies. /liliFamiliarity with tools for creating offline assets (Adobe InDesign, Canva) and CRM platforms /li /ulpbSoft Skills /b /pulliResults-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. /liliExcellent communication skills in Italian (native) and preferably English (professional level). /liliRelationship-building skills for collaborating with vendors and partners /li /ulpbBonus /b /pulliKnowledge of Venetian dialects or experience in multilingual campaigns. /li /ulpbDuties and Responsibilities /b /pulliMarket Research and Analysis : Research trends, demographics, and competitor strategies. Forecast market trends and manage budget allocation. /liliCampaign Management : Design, implement, and monitor campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Optimize campaigns with data-driven recommendations. /liliBrand Visibility and Lead Generation : Develop initiatives to boost brand awareness across digital channels. Create lead-generation campaigns and identify new customer bases. /liliLocal and Offline Marketing : Plan and execute promotional activities in target areas. Manage offline campaigns like events, flyers, and sponsorships. /liliPerformance and KPIs : Track campaign performance and help achieve measurable KPIs. Conduct A / B and multivariate tests, and analyze results to improve strategies. /liliWebsite and UX / UI Management : Oversee website improvements, content updates, and SEO. Create and update webpages on WordPress. /liliReporting : Prepare detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors, and campaign outcomes. /liliInteract with Customers in Padova : Occasionally deal and meet with end customers in Padova to support them with their customer experience. /li /ulpbOur offering /b /ppThe role is offered as a freelance and part-time position, starting with a commitment of 10h / week, with the potential to increase based on the company’s growth. Compensation ranges from €700 to €1000, with the possibility of equity compensation to be negotiated individually. Access to a company’s car for free for up to 3 days per month. Further days are heavily subsidized by us. The initial agreement is for 6 months, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. /ppuStart date is : /u January 2025. The position is primarily 50% remote, with a preference for candidates based in Padova. The role may require a maximum of 2 weekly, self-funded trips to Padova, as part of the regular duties.
