Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support various IT applications
Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and integrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution across supported applications
Ensure data integrity, access management, and compliance with IT security policies
Produce documentation, user guides, and training materials; deliver end‑user training when needed
Monitor system performance and propose improvement actions
Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in application management, business systems support, or IT consulting
Hands‑on experience with at least one of the listed platforms (Zucchetti, Dynamics CRM, Asana, SAP Business One, SAM), and willingness to learn the others
Experience working in cross‑functional environments with business and IT stakeholders
Background in manufacturing or industrial xjrgpwk environments is an advantage
Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, configuration, and administration
Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and create functional specifications
Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows)
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Proficiency in English; German is a plus
