This position is responsible for supporting our DMC through personnel management, with a particular focus on talent and culture within the organization. Main tasks & responsibilities Support day-to-day Talent & Culture processes and the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, pay & benefits administration, and offboarding. Undertake activities and processes in compliance with local legislation and internal policies. Provide guidance to team leaders and supervisors in managing day-to-day issues. Offer advice and guidance to colleagues on Talent & Culture processes and administration. Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records (hard and soft copy) and provide necessary documentation (payslips, letters, etc.). Engage in activities to build and reinforce a positive culture, including implementing a local engagement framework. Ensure a healthy and safe environment for colleagues. Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a qualification in a relevant area. 4-6 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 6-8 years of experience. Fluent in English. IT and computer literacy. Supervisory skills. Performance management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
