Position Overview We're seeking a Technical 3 D Artist to manage our post-production workflows and help streamline our 3 D content creation pipeline. You'll work hands-on with 3 D scanned assets, transforming them into production-ready content for world-class brands while identifying opportunities to improve our workflows through automation and tool support. Key Responsibilities Production & Asset Management Manage post-production workflows and tools for 3 D scanned assets, ensuring quality and consistency across projects Contribute to building our internal 3 D asset library Deliver production-ready assets that meet client specifications and quality standards Workflow Optimization & Tool Support Contribute to building automatic post-production tooling Assist on designing tools for derived 3 D contents Create automation scripts to streamline common tasks Collaboration Interface with enterprise clients to understand project requirements Collaborate with developers to translate production needs into software features Provide artistic and technical input on quality standards and artistic workflows Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in 3 D production, technical art, or related field Understanding of PBR workflows, material systems, and lighting Strong proficiency in 3 D software (Houdini, Blender or similar) Basic scripting skills (e.g Python, Plugins) Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3 D work and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have: Experience with photogrammetry or 3 D scanning workflows Knowledge of batch processing and automation tools Familiarity with e-commerce product visualization requirements Familiarity with 3 D asset optimization for gaming Background in procedural workflows (Substance, Blender, Houdini) Benefits: Competitive salary package Lunch voucher for working days Flexible working hours and work-from-home policy family-friendly environment Personal and professional growth opportunities.
