The Production Planner is responsible for developing realistic production plans for the assigned vehicles and ensuring the timely availability of the new components to meet production schedules.
Responsabilities:
- Material Procurement: schedules and supplier orders, delivery monitoring, critical sourcing management, transportation requests.
- Production planning: create realistic production plans based on available resources, constraints, machine and assembly line capacity, and material availability.
- Supplier Account Management - shipping of materiel, planning and acquisition of finished components, inventory management and monitoring.
- MRP Management: exception control, stock monitoring, delivery verification, discrepancies reporting, stock adjustments, contract verification and orders.
- CID Management: ensure the right introduction (phase-in/phase-out) of new components in terms of supplier orders, inventory and obsolescence, production requirements and orders. xlwpduy
- KPI Management: supplier performance and production planning adherence monitoring.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience
- Experience in supplier management and production planning
- SAP knowledge (MM, PP)
- English fluent, German (desired, not mandatory)
