We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Junior Project Controller based out of our Maranello office with hybrid working available. This role is designed for someone eager to develop strong skills in controlling financial analysis, and project controlling, contributing to project performance monitoring and supporting strategic decision-making. The position offers growth opportunities within the company, being part oof EMEA finance and controlling team.

Requisiti per il successo Key Responsibilities Controlling & Analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, processes on project level (New business and customer service).
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and prepare management reports.
- Contribute to project controlling activities, including cost tracking, margin analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Assisting risk review and act as a business partner for project managers.
- Support liquidity monitoring and cash flow planning in collaboration with the Controller.
Compliance
- Assist in ensuring adherence to local and group financial regulations.
- Collaborate with Shared Services for operational compliance tasks.
- Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews.
Operational Support
- Support the Finance team to F&C; topics for Italy and Spain.
- Prepare documentation for financial statements and notes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in finance, controlling, or accounting (internship experience acceptable).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO (willingness to learn).
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
