Posizione:
Artemest seeks a talented Interior Designer & Project Manager to join its Trade & Design P Team. This role bridges creativity and commerce, supporting B2B clients—including interior designers, architects, and luxury brands—in realizing their design visions through Artemest's curated network of artisan-made furniture, lighting, and décor.
Your mission will be to interpret, enhance, and deliver external design concepts with precision, ensuring alignment with aesthetic, technical, and commercial standards. You will participate actively in the design process and oversee project execution from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with international interior designers, architects, and trade clients to develop and refine design proposals for residential, hospitality, and retail spaces.
* Contribute to interior design processes by providing layouts, furniture plans, and visual concepts that align with external creative directions.
* Create moodboards, presentations, and curated product selections that embody Artemest's artisanal luxury ethos.
* Source and style products from Artemest's catalogue and suppliers, identifying bespoke solutions per the brief.
* Ensure design feasibility, budget coherence, and alignment with project goals.
* Work with artisan suppliers to define custom solutions, materials, and finishes, while managing timelines and costs.
* Manage the full order lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, etc.) for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
* Handle documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with standards.
* Evaluate margins and commercial implications at each project phase.
* Identify new B2B opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Requisiti:
* Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture (Design Management specialization is a plus).
* 3–4+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury or high-end settings.
* Experience in B2B or trade environments, with strong creative and commercial understanding.
* Excellent design and visual communication skills, with appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and Italian design heritage.
* Strong project management skills: organized, reliable, able to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite; 3D rendering skills (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray) are a plus.
* Fluency in English and native Italian.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Creative, proactive, with problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment.
