Digital Attitude is looking for an Adoption & Change management consultant, that will be the link and the smiling face of Digital Attitude towards the clients, representing the company’s innovation, quality, competencies and values. The main responsibility will be to create and deliver the assigned projects and manage the assigned clients with solid methods and creative solutions that match market needs and please our customers. The resource will also be responsible for helping the company achieve its strategic goals and financial KPIs such as EBITDA - profitability, project cost control with the administration and finance team, and business expansion with S&M team. Main responsibilities Project Vision and Ideation : Define a clear project vision aligned with company goals and client needs. Create measurable, innovative solutions and set key success KPIs.When necessary, design activities for change management and adoption, such as workshops, training, or engagement initiatives. Customer Management and Communication : Maintain positive client relationships and seek opportunities for project growth, renewal, or expansion in collaboration with the M&S team. Coordination and Supervision : Oversee stakeholders and the project budget with the Project Leader as needed. Organize SALs, prepare materials, and validate final deliverables for alignment with client requirements and culture. Adapt communication and assets when necessary. Time and Cost Management : Collaborate with internal and client teams to plan work, meet deadlines, handle negotiations and rework requests, and regularly monitor costs, productivity, and budget to identify areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product, data, creative, marketing, sales, and admin teams to drive unified project development and go-to-market plans. Requirements Experience : 2–3 years in a consultancy or similar role, with a record of successful change or tech adoption projects. Customer Focus : Interest in understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service. Flexibility and Stress Management : Handles high-stress situations, keeps the team positive, and stays goal-oriented. English level : Minimum B2. Skills and competencies required Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and M365 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and facilitate client/Digital Attitude processes Location : Milano/Hybrid
