Job Description As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and expediting suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with delivery schedules for materials and products needed for production or sales. You will liaise with the Material Planner and the Purchasing Department to ensure the fulfillment of the production plan. You will play a key role in improving supply chain performance by reducing delays and optimizing operational workflows and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will autonomously manage intercompany and intracompany flows, following the requirements indicated by the Material Planner. Main Responsibilities Monitor supplier and subcontractor orders, ensuring compliance with scheduled delivery dates. Issue purchase orders in collaboration with the Material Planner and the Purchasing Department. Coordinate with Logistics and Import/Export departments to update the supply status concerning third-party processing (TPM). Expedite suppliers and identify potential critical issues or delays, conduct an initial impact assessment, and define solutions with the Material Planner. Ensure timely order updates in the management system while optimizing workflow. Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure efficient receipt of materials. Prepare periodic reports on supplier performance and delivery timelines. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain department. Experience in dealing with customers. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Intermediate-level English proficiency. Proactivity. Teamwork skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
