For our Performance Chemicals Market, based in Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), we are looking for a:
Junior Project Engineer
The selected candidate will join the Engineering team and support senior team members in the management, supervision and development of new and existing projects, in compliance with the Quality Management System and Health & Safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
Support in the preparation, planning and monitoring of assigned engineering projects;
Management and updating of project technical documentation;
Collaboration in quality control activities and preparation of project progress reports;
Operational support to the Engineering Manager and project team members, providing technical assistance;
Preliminary review of technical deliverables and identification of potential issues;
Participation in on-site project development activities, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders;
Support during asset commissioning phases and handover to operations.
Requirements
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related disciplines);
Initial experience (internship, traineeship or up to 1–2 years) in project engineering, production, or plant maintenance;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset;
Interest in process engineering and project management dynamics;
Proactive attitude, attention to detail and results-oriented approach;
Good knowledge of standard IT tools and
AutoCAD
;
Good command of
English
(additional languages are a plus);
Willingness to learn quickly and strong problem-solving skills, with an interest in the chemical industry. xivgfpx
Offer
Initial fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract;
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–17:30, Friday 8:30–16:00;
Indicative salary (RAL):
€30/35K
