Position: Brand Content & Events Coordinator

Position Overview
The Brand Content & Events Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the digital presence of Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda and The Cocktail Club, ensuring that all content and brand activations reflect Nikki Beach’s distinctive voice and global brand strategy.
This on-site role combines digital content coordination, social media management, and event marketing support, working closely with the Regional PR & Partnerships Manager and the Global Social Media Team to deliver impactful storytelling and brand visibility across all digital platforms.
The position requires strong organizational, creative, and production coordination skills, particularly in managing photoshoots, videoshoots, influencer collaborations, and content creation during events and activations. The coordinator will also ensure that all visual assets are properly organized and accessible for internal teams, while supporting the planning and execution of marketing events and VIP guest moments that reinforce the Nikki Beach lifestyle experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the Global Social Media Team to implement a localized content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and local market dynamics.
* Capture and coordinate on-site digital content including photos, videos, reels, and stories that reflect the Nikki Beach lifestyle.
* Ensure all content aligns with Nikki Beach’s global brand guidelines while resonating with the Costa Smeralda audience.
* Manage daily Instagram Stories and community engagement, including comments, messages, and mentions.
* Support the development of paid social campaigns and platform growth initiatives, including TikTok.
* Organize and coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots, including scheduling, briefing creatives, and managing production logistics.
* Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative partners to produce high-quality brand content.
* Develop creative moodboards, shot lists, and content briefs for digital campaigns and video assets.
* Ensure all visual assets are properly organized and archived on internal drives for internal use.
* Support the planning and execution of marketing events, influencer visits, and brand activations.
* Coordinate content coverage before, during, and after events to maximize digital storytelling and brand visibility.
* Work closely with photographers, videographers, and influencers to capture high-impact event content.
* Ensure events and activations are effectively promoted across social media and digital channels.
* Support the creation and coordination of VIP guest moments and personalized experiences.
* Collaborate with Reservations, F&B, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify special guest occasions and elevate the guest journey.
* Capture authentic lifestyle moments that contribute to Nikki Beach’s brand storytelling while respecting guest privacy.
* Maintain and update the venue’s website events calendar.
* Ensure alignment between website, social media, and marketing campaigns to support event visibility and venue promotion.
* Work closely with local marketing, operations, and F&B teams to ensure aligned campaigns and brand activations.
* Serve as the on-site point of contact for social media and influencer visits.
* Review monthly analytics reports and provide insights to optimize digital content and campaign performance.
* Monitor competitor activity and local digital trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Support the visual presentation of the venue, ensuring all branded elements reflect Nikki Beach standards.
* Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to maintain consistent brand identity and guest experience.
