IT Process Analyst
Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the eighth year in a row, is looking for an IT Process Analyst to join the Information Technology Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site.
Responsibilities
* Process Analysts play a central role in the IT team at Unox: their aim is to sustain and continuously improve the value delivery processes, enabling effective data‑driven decisions and efficient workplaces.
* Leverage the Salesforce ecosystem and technologies within Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes, acting as a Digital KPO to streamline the information flow and eliminate non‑value added activities, combining technical skills with lean/agile principles and techniques.
* Map, improve and measure information flows across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes.
* Define and design the requirements with the stakeholders.
* Act as project owner: estimate resources required and set proper milestones and deadlines.
* Develop, test and fix configurations on the Salesforce platform, ensuring no adverse impacts when deploying to production.
* Build scripts and integrations to allow interaction with other systems (e.g. SAP ERP).
* Helpdesk and support the end users.
* Standardize and share knowledge, procedures and best practices among the IT team.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
* Basic knowledge of REST principles.
* 1+ years of experience or certifications on Salesforce is a plus (Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud).
