You’ll run day‑to‑day finance operations for the Martinsicuro site — month‑end, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and supporting the budget cycle. It’s hands‑on, with space to improve how things work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liRun monthly and annual reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations. /li liManage cost accounting, AP, AR, and general ledger work (and possibly payroll). /li liMaintain internal controls and support internal/external audits. /li liSupport budgeting and forecasting and explain variances. /li liPrepare regulatory reports for Italian authorities. /li liImprove processes and support system or workflow changes. /li liLead and develop members of the finance team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbAbout You / What You’ll Bring /b /p ul liDegree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; Master’s/CPA a plus. /li li5–8 years’ finance experience, including some supervisory work. /li liStrong reporting and controls background, ideally in manufacturing. /li liConfident with accounting systems, ERP tools, and Excel. /li liSolid understanding of Italian compliance requirements. /li liAnalytical, organised, and comfortable working across teams. /li /ul pbNice to Have /b /p ul liManufacturing cost accounting experience. /li liExperience with system implementations. /li /ul pbWhat You’ll Get /b /p pA role with real influence over how finance runs locally, a supportive team, and room to grow.
