Job Purpose:
Provide key administrative and logistical support to Engineering, Client Services, and Operations teams. The role is essential for driving consistency and standard communication between the teams and with clients, other business units, and Executive Management Team (EMT) in STACK EMEA.
Tasks:
* Configure, standardize, administer, and publish reporting to EMT from Solutions Engineering, Client Services, and Operations teams.
* Assist in driving standardization of documentation and processes across all E&CS teams. (Solutions Engineering, Client Services, and Operations).
* Client Services – work with team to produce client-facing documents for reporting (monthly, quarterly, and executive reports).
* Support the management of Client Services outreach schedule tracker to maintain team focus on due dates, deliverables and meeting logistics.
* Solutions Engineering – work with team to produce client-facing and internal-facing documents for tracking projects and deliverables.
* Operations – support operational strategy team on tracking harmonization project deliverables.
* Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis. Includes assisting with various standardization projects, lease audit programme, client survey management, inventory management, etc.
* Ad-hoc assistance to help drive One EMEA behaviour throughout the organization and support department participation in company wide initiatives and projects.
* Provide SharePoint Migration support and ongoing administration/housekeeping responsibilities within SharePoint OneEMEA.
* Team coordination – assist with arranging team meetings and other inter-team coordination.
* Meeting minutes and trackers: Responsible for producing minutes of meetings and tracking actions through to completion.
* Pro-actively seek out and coordinate with global standards where appropriate.

* Advanced organizational skills, including reporting, timely escalation, prioritization, and multi-tasking with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to establish and maintain key internal relationships and encourage engagement on committed deliverables.
* Displays a willingness to learn and understand business requirements and expectations, raising questions and seeking clarifications to establish confident business knowledge.
* Able to manage relationships well with presence and gravitas; generates and sustains the interest, attention and respect of others.
* Self-motivation to seek out and identify tasks for team support and improvement.
* Proficient in the use of standard business systems; MSOffice suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and become proficient in new software systems when required, e.g. NetSuite.
* Can communicate professionally in English, with advanced grammatical and proof-reading skills. Proficiency in an additional European language is an added advantage.
