Responsibilities
1. Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
2. Manage the whole internal recruitment life cycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and support line managers
3. Use headhunting approach for Senior roles
4. Be aware of candidate care, making sure all candidates’ have a positive recruitment experience
5. Acting as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process
6. Interviewing and related administrative tasks and uploading the roles on specific job board
7. Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities
8. Build relationships with recruitment agencies
9. Manage the job boards such as LinkedIn
10. Provide ad-hoc reports for the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
11. Reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
12. Closely collaborating with the Global TA team and local HR teams and other stakeholders
13. It is indispensable that you have had experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Competencies
14. A strong understanding of providing the best candidate and customer experience
15. Have experience using database system or recruiting software, with experience in HRIS system Workday being preferable.
16. Demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purpose.
17. Have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
18. Show strong organisational and time management skills
19. Great attention to details and analytical skills
20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and education requirements
30. HR, Business or Economics or relevant field degree.
31. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required for this role. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
