Descrizione
1. Develop lithium-ion cells for EVs, energy storage, industrial, and special applications.
2. Design and model pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells.
3. Build a strong supply network for cell components.
4. Lead R&D efforts, coordinating teams and advisors.
5. Support top management in executing the technology roadmap, including ASSB development.
6. Monitor market trends and evaluate new materials for performance, safety, and longevity.
7. Analyze data to optimize battery systems, including BMS.
8. Represent the company at global conferences.
9. Strengthen and expand the team.
Profilo del Candidato
1. Degree in Electrochemical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
3. Background in a battery company is a strong plus.
4. Team-building and time management skills.
5. R&D project experience.
6. Proficiency in English is required.
