The role will primarily focus on proposing country-level forecasts, optimizing POP MART’s inventory management and overseeing last-mile logistics operations (from RDC to stores) across the South European market, including Spain and Italy. Reporting to the Country Cluster Merch Manager, this dynamic position is responsible for managing merchandise transfers, maintaining warehouse systems and conducting data analysis to support the company's efficient retail operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate data management and timely reporting, contributing significantly to POP MART's operational excellence and growth objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPropose SKU-level monthly rolling demand forecasts to support accurate replenishment and sales planning /li liDefine and allocate the appropriate assortment from RDC/LDC to local stores based on sales trends and store needs /li liManage the local product launch calendar in coordination with internal teams and ensure timely execution /li liManage merchandise transfers and daily operations between multiple stores and warehouses /li liMaintain warehouse systems and internal data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencyFacilitate communication between retail, warehouse and regional office to ensure smooth operations /li liParticipate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, ensuring proper stock management /li liConduct data analysis and provide regular reports or summaries to support decision-making /li liHandle operational emergencies and resolve issues quickly and effectively, especially those related to last-mile deliveries /li liCollaborate with the merchandise team to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasksComplete other tasks assigned according to project needs /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related fields (STEM background is a plus if paired with strong commercial interest) /li liMinimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience /li liProficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis tools /li liProficiency in English and Italian, speaking and writing /li liStrong sense of responsibility, with good organisational and coordination abilities /li liDetail-oriented, with the ability to quickly solve problems and handle operational emergencies /li liCapable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and working effectively in a team environment /li liStrong self-motivation and ability to work independently when required /li /ul h3Desirable but Not Essential /h3 ul liExperience in the toy industry or retail sector /li liKnowledge of Spanish or any other European language /li liFamiliarity with Spanish / Italian retail landscape and logistics operations /li liExperience with inventory management software or ERP systems (Net Suite) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
