After five years of active presence, we are accelerating investments and strategic projects, consolidating Solaria as one of the most dynamic players in the Italian market.Our objective is clear: to lead the shift towards a clean, efficient and sustainable energy model in Italy as well.To support this expansion phase, we are seeking a Commercial Team Leader, a strategic role responsible for leading the most complex land acquisition agreements in Italy, as well as supervising, organising and monitoring the work of the land team in the country. This position will report directly to the Global Land Director.This is a key role for driving pipeline growth, ensuring project viability and effectively coordinating the team's activities in Italy.Main Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the land acquisition team in Italy, setting priorities, allocating tasks and ensuring the achievement of targets established by the company.Take the lead in the most complex negotiations with landowners, intermediaries and local stakeholders, acting as the technical and commercial reference point for the team.Ensure the quality and viability of identified opportunities, coordinating preliminary technical checks and guaranteeing that all required documentation is complete and up to date.Drive the strategy for identifying new opportunities, supporting the team in the field, strengthening their activity and keeping the land portfolio and priority areas of interest updated.Maintain continuous and effective communication with the Land Director in Spain and collaborate closely with the Development, Legal, Technical and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.Oversee and support the management of notarial procedures, working in alignment with the Legal team to ensure the successful completion of strategic agreements.
Minimum Requirements
Proven commercial experience and (5+ years) leading commercial teams in land acquisition, real estate, consultancy or similar sectors.Strong team‐leadership skills, with experience coordinating field activities, organising workloads, guiding team members, setting priorities and driving them towards clear, measurable results.Analytical and structured profile, with excellent command of Microsoft Office and solid experience preparing weekly reports, monitoring performance and ensuring accurate KPI tracking.Knowledge of territorial analysis tools, such as Visura Catastale, Visura per Terreni, QGIS or similar software, combined with a deep understanding of the Italian territory.Willingness to travel when required to support team members, together with strong problem‐solving abilities, commercial and negotiation skills, and a clear results‐oriented mindset focused on team performance, KPI reporting and continuous improvement.Native Italian, with a high level of English or Spanish.
