Job Description The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of import and export clients, identifying new commercial opportunities, and strengthening MSC Paraguay’s market position. The role focuses on business growth, customer retention, commercial negotiations, and coordination with internal teams to deliver high‑quality shipping and logistics solutions aligned with MSC’s global standards.
Qualifications and Experience Knowledge Requirements
Knowledge of maritime transport, import/export processes, and commercial negotiations
Previous experience in sales, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
Advanced English level

Competence in managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, quotation, follow‑up, negotiation, booking confirmation, and post‑sale follow‑up

Leadership Competencies
Ability to positively influence internal stakeholders (Trade, Customer Service, Operations, Finance) to achieve customer and commercial objectives
Acts as the “business owner” for assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions without waiting for direction
Actively seeks feedback, learns from results, and contributes ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and team performance
