We’re now seeking a Program Services Manager (Tour Guide Manager) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
* Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs
* Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
* Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
* Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
* Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
* Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
* Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
* Address underperformance when necessary
* Engage with travelers during tours
* Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides
* Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office
* Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans
* Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership
Key Requirements
* Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results
* Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills
* Ability to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident public speaking and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to travel as required
* Travel industry experience preferred
