Based in Sicily, we are currently renovating stone houses into high-standing villas, while also focusing on providing sustainable tourism and agriculture.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Architectural Assistant to support our team supervisor across various architecture, interior design, and engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, design assistance, and administrative tasks within a dynamic international team.You will be involved in project management, communication, research, and technical support while working closely with the Architectural and Design Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your skills, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
This position can be remote or on-site, starting in April-May 2025 for a duration of 2-6 months.
Requirements
Skills
* Clear and effective communication skills in Italian (B2-C1) and English (B2)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills
* Experience or interest in project management and coordinating workflows
* Ability to assist with architectural, interior design, and engineering tasks is a plus
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools is a plus
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Project Management (or related fields)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
* Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to take initiative
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
* Assisting the Architectural Supervisor in managing ongoing projects
* Communicating with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders
* Providing administrative support to improve project efficiency
* Coordinating and organizing project documentation
* Supporting architectural, engineering, and design-related tasks
* Researching regulations, materials, and sustainability solutions if needed
* Preparing reports, presentations, and drawings if needed
