Responsibilities Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets. Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base. Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability. Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China. Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly. Business travel to customer and to our market related fairs or events Qualifications Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the paper packaging industry (customers are from sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
