Join our company as an
L2 Onsite IT Technician
to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?
Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, network connectivity, and business applications
Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment using standard tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
Support user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD)
Support office IT infrastructure
Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system

: Milano (North)
Employment contract:
1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)

Requirements:
2 years of IT support experience within large corporations
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Good English and fluent Italian
Familiarity with ticketing system
Communicative and supportive attitude
