Responsibilities
* Contribute to production activities within Clean Rooms at AG300, supporting the manufacturing process of flagship semiconductor products.
* Work on a 21‑shift schedule covering all 7 days of the week (including weekends) with on‑call days for continuous coverage.
* Perform operational tasks such as equipment testing, batch supervision, and basic machine operations, following detailed procedures and supporting documentation.
* Use computers and specialized software applications to record data and monitor processes.
* Attend a brief classroom training followed by on‑the‑job instruction.
Qualifications
* Diploma tecnico or scientifico (e.g., Liceo, Istituto tecnico with electronics/elettrotecnico, chemistry/materials, IT or related fields).
* Prior experience in related production environments (electronics, pharmaceutical, metalworking) is evaluated positively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Analytical approach, attention to detail, and curiosity.
* Proficiency in learning and using applications essential to the role.
* English language proficiency is positively considered.
