Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the oversight and investigation of quality alerts generated during manufacturing, packaging, and distribution processes, ensuring timely assessment, documentation, and resolution in compliance with GMP standards. The QA Specialist acts as a key interface between Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that deviations and alerts are properly escalated, investigated, and closed.

In addition, the specialist is responsible for supporting and overseeing the serialization process, ensuring end-to-end traceability of medicinal products in line with applicable regulations.

Your profile

- Scientific degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related area).
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
