A team of industry experts speaking more than 20 languages helps customers find the perfect solution for every repair. /p pWith REPA, keeping foodservice equipment running at its best every day has never been easier. /p pREPA is the European division of Parts Town Unlimited /p h3Job Description /h3 pbSenior Product Compliance Specialist /b leads control activities within the Product Compliance function for several European subsidiaries and the UK, ensuring all products meet applicable national and international regulatory standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor EU, national, and international regulatory updates, ensuring timely alignment of internal policies and procedures. /li liDrive product compliance with key regulations (e.g., GPSR, CE Marking, REACH, RoHS, Food Contact, PPWR, CBAM, EUDR). /li liEnsure traceability and compliance across the full product lifecycle; continuously improve compliance processes and documentation. /li liCollaborate with Procurement, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing to embed compliance “by design.” /li liAssess risks for new products, define mitigation actions, and support product launches through technical documentation and testing coordination. /li liConduct documentary and field audits to verify product and supplier compliance. /li liAdvise Procurement in drafting and negotiating technical agreements with suppliers. /li liEvaluate supplier compliance with internal policies and external standards. /li liManage relationships with testing laboratories and regulatory bodies to ensure timely certification and market readiness. /li liDeliver internal training on compliance requirements and updates; serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and external partners. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducational background in Mechanical and/or Electrical/Electronic disciplines. /li li3+ years of experience in product compliance, ideally within consumer goods or other regulated industries. /li liStrong knowledge of EU import/export regulations and product safety standards. /li liExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. /li liCollaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. /li liWillingness to travel as required. /li liFluent in English (C1 level) and Italian; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pIf you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.
