As a Beauty Advisor and a valued member of the Arese team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver client‐centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
* Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
* Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
* Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
* Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
* Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Qualifications
Do not hesitate to apply if you have:
* Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
* Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
