Responsibilities:
1. Red Bull Ambassador: Use your personality to showcase this premium brand. Bring the brand to life at cafés, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events. Ensure visibility and availability of our products wherever you go.
2. Alliance Builder: Strengthen existing relationships and create new alliances with industry influencers and decision-makers in hospitality and gastronomy. Build your reputation based on your knowledge of industry trends.
3. City Entrepreneur: Take full responsibility for sales and marketing in your region. Know your area well, spot new opportunities, and develop strategies to promote Red Bull effectively.
4. Indispensable Business Consultant: Make each customer interaction valuable. Use your sales and negotiation skills to increase earnings for both your customers and Red Bull. Innovate in marketing and problem-solving to maintain Red Bull’s market leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Well networked with contacts in the nightlife or gastronomy scene; extroverted and approachable.
* Experience in beverage, hospitality, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship is advantageous.
* Flexible and autonomous, eager to break out of the traditional 9-to-5 routine.
* Comfortable in diverse social and cultural settings; a strong communicator.
* Commercial acumen with strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to analyze data and develop initiatives for maximum value.
