Responsibilities
Offer exceptional customer support to Italian‐speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries related to products and services, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
Work closely with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates to provide customers with accurate information and support.
Requirements
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); English language skills are a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
Familiarity with customer support software or tools is advantageous.
