Quality Planning & Documentation
Project Quality Plan (PQP): Draft and implement the site‑specific PQP and Method Statements for all major activities (Piling, RCC, Finishing).
ITP (Inspection & Test Plans): Define the frequency of tests plan.
MIS Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly quality dashboards for management, highlighting non‑conformities (NCs) and root cause analysis.
Site Execution & Inspection
Material Testing: Oversee the on‑site and third‑party laboratory testing of materials (Steel, Cement, Bricks, Admixtures) as per relevant IS Codes.
Stage‑wise Inspection: Conduct pre‑pour inspections for reinforcement and shuttering, and post‑pour inspections for honeycombing or cracks.
Finishing Quality: Manage high‑end finishing standards for tiling, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) waterproofing, and painting.
Compliance & Audits
Vendor Audits: Audit the RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) plants and fabrication yards of vendors to ensure they meet project standards.
Non‑Conformance Management: Issue NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) for substandard work and ensure “Corrective and Preventive Actions” (CAPA) are implemented.
RERA Documentation: Maintain a flawless “as‑built” quality record for RERA audits and project handovers.
Technical Expertise Required
Concrete Technology: Deep knowledge of mix designs, slump retention, and curing methods.
Standard Codes: Mastery over National Building Code (NBC) and Indian Standards (IS 456, IS 800, IS 13920).
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for construction activities.
Ensure quality standards in materials, workmanship, and site execution.
Conduct inspections and coordinate with project teams for corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation, test reports, and audit records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
