Ph3Responsibilities /h3 pThe Industrial Controller, directly reporting to the Planning Control Director, will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing industrial and production costs, providing strategic and operational insights to management to support decisions aimed at efficiency, profitability, and production process optimization.
/p h3Activities /h3 ul liAnalyze industrial costs, both direct and indirect, related to luxury furniture production; /li liPrepare and monitor industrial budgets and forecasts; /li liSupport the definition of standard costs and analyze variances); /li liEvaluate product margins, bill of materials, and production cycles; /li liControl production efficiency, resource usage, and KPIs; /li liCollaborate with Operations, Production, and Purchasing departments to optimize processes and costs; /li liPrepare periodic reports for top management; /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects.
/li /ul h3Skills And Knowledge /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of industrial management control and cost accounting principles; /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools; /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities; /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude; /li liGood knowledge of the English language.
/li /ul h3Education And Work Experience /h3 ul liAt least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies or the furniture/luxury sector; /li liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields; /li liExperience of International markets.
