Ph3Logistics and Customer Service Specialist /h3 pWe are a material company, focused on the innovation, development, and production of advanced materials and technologies. This drives our commitment to ensure that futurized materials will enable circularity and preservation of our planet. /p h3Role Description /h3 pThe role will be responsible for the complete management of the order cycle, from shipment to invoicing. The Logistics and Customer Service Specialist will perform operational and coordination activities among the various internal company functions and external stakeholders. /p pThrough his/her contribution, the correct execution of commercial, logistics, and documentation processes will be ensured, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, a high level of customer service, and the continuous updating of company information systems. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pBy correctly applying work instructions, the role will contribute to both logistics and customer service activities. Upon completion of these activities, the role will also be responsible for monitoring the function’s performance indicators (customer service level, statistics on orders entered, order confirmation lead times, Rolling Forecast Reliability). /p h3Logistics /h3 pbCustomer Order Management: /b /p ul liVerification of consistency between customer orders and sales contracts/offers (contract review), order requirement checks, and internal notification to the organization /li liERP data entry, order confirmation management, handling of special customer requests, management of customer correspondence (MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheet, Privacy, etc.), and document archiving /li /ul pbShipment and Export Management: /b /p ul liProper management of standard and non‑standard shipments, collection of goods from third parties (purchases and trade fairs), and issuance of related documentation /li liDefinition of shipment plans, preparation and issuance of picking lists to the Finished Goods Warehouse (MPF), logistics coordination with transportation service providers, documentation issuance, order fulfillment control, document archiving, export activities, Dual Use management, returns management, and triangulation shipments, etc. /li /ul pbDangerous Goods Shipment Management: /b /p ul liManagement of dangerous goods subject to IATA (International Air Transport Association), IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods), and ADR (Accord Dangereux Routier) regulations /li liProper handling of procedures related to the transport of dangerous goods (completion of the Shipper’s Declaration and coordination of warehouse activities regarding labeling and packaging, sending MSDS to customers, etc.) /li /ul pbInvoicing Management: /b Issuance of outgoing invoices /p pbImport Management: /b /p ul liDetermination of goods’ origin and issuance of certificates of origin (LTSD – Long Term Supplier Declaration, invoice declarations, etc.) /li liLogistics management of purchased materials, including organization of transportation for purchased goods /li /ul pbCustoms Classification Management /b /p h3Customer Service /h3 ul liCreation and management of customer master data /li liQuotations and price list management /li liManagement of customer portals (activation, updates, etc.) /li liManagement of customer complaints and critical issues (urgencies, cancellation requests, requests for early delivery, etc.) /li liActivation of contract review procedures /li liPayment aging management /li liHandling of customer requests via web and management of specific documentation requested by customers /li liInterface between customers and various company departments (especially finance, sales, logistics, and operations) /li liMonthly collection of Rolling Forecast data and data entry /li /ul h3Requirements and Skills /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification /li liExcellent spoken and written English /li liAt least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics /li liPossible certification/qualification for the transport of dangerous goods (IATA, ADR) /li liKnowledge of standard software applications (e.g., Oracle ERP EBS, Office Automation, DCM, CSA, etc.) /li liKnowledge of international regulations for the transport of dangerous goods (IATA, ADR, IMDG, etc.) /li liKnowledge of proprietary applications of various courier companies /li liKnowledge of safety regulations /li /ul h3Location /h3 pCurrently not specified.
