You’ll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot. /p h3What Will You Work On? /h3 ul liHandle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs; /li liTaking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need; /li liAssist in training, supervising, and coaching your team; /li liBooking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services; /li liHandle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly; /li liPreparing and cleaning our campervans; /li liAssisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers. /li /ul h3Who Are We Looking For? /h3 ul liYou are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable; /li liYou’re fluent in Italian and English (mandatory); /li liYou’re eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory); /li liYou’re available to work weekends and national holidays; /li liYou’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon; /li liYou’re well-organised and you’re good at solving problems. /li /ul h3Opening Details /h3 ul liProjected start date is March 2026. /li liSeasonal contract until November 2026. /li /ul bAre you ready to Go Indie? /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
