Job summary
The Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding development programs, and managing roadmap execution for our key accounts. This role serves as the global go-to-market point of contact for Ingenico’s suite of products and features, aiming to enhance client relationships and ensure a seamless, positive product journey. The manager will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, GTM teams, and Global Product Management, to align product offerings with client needs, improve engagement, and drive retention.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a product strategy that prioritizes client engagement, satisfaction, and retention globally.
* Own the customer product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of client-focused features and updates.
* Implement initiatives to deepen engagement with key clients and maximize their value from the product.
* Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback influence product development.
* Lead regular client roadmap meetings, presentations, and demos to keep clients informed and engaged.
* Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
* Align product development roadmaps with client expectations and business objectives through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Work with sales teams to understand client pain points and opportunities for solutions.
* Communicate product updates and issues effectively to manage customer expectations.
* Coordinate with the Global GTM Launch team to ensure sales needs are met during product launches.
* Drive M360 product roadmap prioritization and client migrations.
* Develop detailed migration and implementation plans, including scope and milestones, consulting with engineers and professional services.
* Create practical demonstrations and impactful PoCs for proposed solutions and present to prospects.
* Maintain knowledge of the technology, service, and solutions ecosystem.
* Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize product enhancements.
* Apply knowledge of the global payment industry.
* Adapt to a fast-paced organizational environment.
* Collaborate across countries and cultures effectively.
* Establish and manage KPIs for the product portfolio, aligning customer roadmaps with organizational goals.
* Manage software and hardware product and program development.
* Lead collaboratively in a matrixed environment, communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders and understanding diverse perspectives.
