We are seeking a SENIOR / COUNSEL / PARTNER lawyer to join a leading Legal Advisory Firm. You will be looking for that next stage in your career as Counsel or Partner and already have a business portfolio - as this is a Partnership opportunity. (Rome based)
Or Client Prides themselves on being at the cutting edge of industry, with expertise in Legal & Advisory & Tax, commercial law, contracts, M&A, Labour etc
You will be a senior / Counsel - on your way to Partnership, building your own client base currently. Or currently a Partner with a small team. Expertise & clients in Administrative Law, public economic law, procurement and concessions, public contracts. You will have a depth of experience in areas such as: public utility purposes, European administrative law, energy law, divestment of assets and equity investments owned by the State and public entities, local public services, concession contracts; public-private partnerships and project finance; transactions involving publicly held companies; local public services and utilities etc.
