The Junior HR Business Partner ensures alignment between HR practices, the organizational framework, and the business strategy, acting as a trusted partner and change agent for line managers and teams. /pp The role contributes to building effective working relationships, implementing sustainable and efficient HR processes, systems, and tools, and fostering employee engagement. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnsure the effective end-to-end management of HC OPEX budgeting (for both HQ and Denmark subsidiary) and HR processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development and growth, and offboarding activities. /liliManage the recruitment process for the assigned areas, partnering with hiring managers to attract, select, and hire the best talent. /liliAct as a point of contact for Function Managers and their teams, supporting them throughout the different phases of the employee lifecycle and providing guidance on people development processes. /liliProvide coaching and support to line managers in the execution of HR strategies, people development programs, and day-to-day people management issues. /liliSupport business continuity by contributing to people management solutions such as job enlargement, job rotation, enrichment, and internal mobility initiatives. /liliEnsure that employee relations activities comply with applicable labor laws, collective labor agreements, and company policies related to development, compensation, and benefits. /liliSupport the implementation of people and organizational programs, models, and tools developed by the HR Centers of Expertise, ensuring their effective application within the assigned areas. /liliCoordinate the execution of HR processes in compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing across the organization. /liliEnsure the implementation of performance management, training, and development programs released by the relevant Centers of Expertise, providing timely and accurate feedback and insights to support continuous improvement and sustainable rollout. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliEducation: Master’s degree /liliExperience: At least 4 years of experience as an HR professional within a multinational company /liliExperience in an engineering company will be considered a plus /liliExperience in an international environment or working abroad will be considered a plus /liliStrong knowledge of HR management techniques, methodologies, and tools /liliData analysis and performance metrics: knowledge of relevant methodologies, techniques, tools, and applications /liliProficient in Excel and PowerPoint /liliFluent in English /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliWillingness to travel /liliKey skills: Proactivity, goal orientation, business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills /li /ul
