As APU Quality Leader in the Quality Team in Valeo Service, in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful aftermarket companies, in electronics development, working in an international and multicultural environment.
Warranty & Quality Leader coordinates Quality members and quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
Coordinating work activities within department and quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Is responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and Valeo 5 axes system, QRQC deployment
Manages the full lifecycle of claims process in SAP, Customer Portal and Valeo My Portal
Coordinating and performing Quality reporting
Ensures communication and cooperation with VALEO Service Italia SpA customers in the field of warranty claims and quality processes
Supports and performs technical analysis
Desired Skills And Experience
Engineering Degree;
Experience in similar roles in the automotive field /multinational xrdztoy industrial companies > 3 years
Good knowledge SAP ERP
Fluent English and good Italian (B2 level minimum mandatory)
Strong focus on Customer service satisfaction
